Terms and conditions governing the purchase of luxury apparel from M. Ayub Fashion.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or shopping at M. Ayub Fashion (ayubfashion.com), you acknowledge and agree to these terms, our privacy policy, and applicable laws of West Bengal and the Republic of India.

2. Products & Standard Sizing

All garments are offered exclusively in standardized ready-to-wear sizes. We do not provide bespoke tailoring or custom sizing. Fabric colors may vary marginally due to digital screen calibrations.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST (HSN 6204). Payments can be made via Razorpay (UPI, Netbanking, Cards) or verified Cash on Delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, photography, and brand identifiers are the exclusive intellectual property of M. Ayub Fashion.
