1. Eligibility Criteria
Requests must be raised within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery. The garment must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original brand tags, labels, and hygiene stickers intact in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality preservation: customized or altered garments, accessories (ties, pocket squares, safas, stoles), and clearance sale items are strictly non-returnable.
3. Damaged or Defective Goods
Notify info@ayubfashion.com within 48 hours with clear unboxing photos/video. We arrange reverse pickup at zero additional cost and offer instant exchange or full refund.
4. Refund Process
Prepaid orders: Refund credited back to original payment method in 5 to 7 business days. Cash on Delivery orders: Processed via direct NEFT/RTGS bank transfer in 7 to 10 business days.
