We take pride in the meticulous craftsmanship of our garments. All ready-to-wear orders are carefully inspected and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. Garments are sold strictly in standard readymade sizes (S to 3XL). Orders are processed strictly on business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding Indian national and public holidays).

We partner with top-tier courier services (Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC) to ensure nationwide coverage across India. Metro Cities (Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru): 3 to 5 business days. Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5 to 7 business days. Remote & Northeast Regions: 7 to 10 business days.

Complimentary Free Shipping is automatically applied on domestic orders meeting the threshold. Real-time live tracking links are dispatched directly via SMS and WhatsApp upon courier pickup.

Please do not accept packages that appear damaged or tampered with at delivery. If received in damaged condition, notify customer care within 24 hours with photos/unboxing video.
